VETPASS is the result of many years developing online veterinary and healthcare platforms, coupled with a love of animals and a total respect for the veterinarians who look after them. We believe it is as good as if not better than any healthcare platform built for us adults and we hope you will agree.
We have pre-registered globally nearly 50,000 veterinary clinics, hospitals, online, mobile and emergency practices globally employing over 200,000 veterinarians.
Curious as to how it all works? Here is a list of our most frequently asked questions that will help you understand how VETPASS gives you not just peace of mind but enhances the joy of pet ownership every day.

All you do is signup to VETPASS and start using it. In the future, if you wish to remove our in-app advertising or make regular use of the appointment functionality we will propose a monthly or annual charge. The cost is likely to range based on usage between the local equivalent of $10 per month and $20 per month dependent upon video time usage (the equivalent of the revenue from less than one appointment a month) with caps for multiple-users, practices, clinics, and hospitals.
Every day, when you have a question about your Pet or Animal or want to share your experiences with other Owners. We have unique sources of information about every Pet and Animal that you can access. When your local Vet is not open or easily accessible. You can chat to us in-App or see your own Vet online. We can help you with advice on a vast range of topics relating to Pet and Animal health, from nutrition and exercise to illness or problematic behavior. We can help you triage an injury or set of symptoms during a message chat or advise whether you need to attend a Veterinarian straight away. A chat with our Veterinarians will help address your understandable concerns.
VETPASS is available to owners and veterinarians in English everywhere in the world. We have registered all the veterinary clinics and hospitals we could find in the English-speaking world and further.

Vets can diagnose and/or treat many of the most common presenting conditions for dogs and cats through an online consultation.
The most common are:
Dogs:
Cats:
If your vet has registered with VETPASS you can book an appointment with them in the app. Once the appointment is due to start you will receive a notification inviting you to join the consultation. It is a simple as that. If your vet is not registered with us email us at admin@vetpass.com and we will speak to them.
Your vet will advise during the online consultation if you need to bring your pet or animal to the clinic. Most vets will refund your consultation against the cost of an in-person consultation or charge a small additional charge when you visit the surgery.
Your own vet will decide if they can provide you with a prescription and how they can deliver it to you. We provide guidelines on the requirements for the veterinarian to know or be acquainted with your pet and as a result to what extent they can provide a diagnosis and/or prescription. At the end of each online vet consultation, you will receive a report in the app with the vet’s examination, diagnosis, and plan of care.
Check this out directly with your pet insurer, as this may vary from one insurance company to the next. We are planning to onboard insurers to make life easier for vets and owners.
If you are a farmer or herd owner, we can upload your entire herd in one easy step. We will get your animals in-app as soon as possible. Contact us here
