Registering and offering services to pet owners is completely free. In the far future, we may need to introduce advertising and provide an option of a nominal monthly charge to remove in-app advertising or for using some of the tools, like our AI Nutrition Advice service more often than our fair usage policy would like.

You can use VETPASS every day for advice, sharing experiences with other owners, and accessing unique sources of information about your pet or animal. It’s especially useful when your local vet or pet service is not available, and you need immediate help or advice, or to find a pet friendly place to enjoy time with your pet.

Vets can diagnose and treat various common conditions for dogs and cats through online consultations, such as skin allergies, ear infections, upset stomachs, and more.

If your local practice has upgraded to be a “VETPASS Partner”, for which the cost is nominal, you can connect, message, chat, book appointments, receiver reminders for vaccinations, share and receive files, enjoy video appointments, and get special deals all saving you time and money

Your vet will determine if they can provide a prescription and how it will be delivered. You’ll receive a report in the app with the vet’s examination, diagnosis, and care plan.

Check with your pet insurer as this may vary. We are working on partnering with insurers to streamline the process for vets and owners.

Farmers or herd owners can easily upload their entire herd on VETPASS. We’ll get your animals in-app as soon as possible.
